Our network consists of 11 European beneficiaries, with 8 academic laboratories and 3 SMEs, based in 7 European countries.
Our project involved around 50 researchers, who collaborated closely to drive our ambitious project forward in the 3.5-year time frame. More than 50 publications were based on this research.

The BioPreDyn-Bench website is a suite of benchmark problems for dynamic modelling in systems biology, created by several BioPreDyn partners.
BioPreDyn-bench currently contains six challenging parameter estimation problems as reference test cases, with descriptions for metabolism, transcription, signal transduction, and development.
BioPreDyn is a Cooperation project of the Knowledge Based Bio-Economy (KBBE) EU grant, with the number 289434. BioPreDyn partners are developing data-driven computational models to analyze multi-scale biological networks, creating tools to help design and optimize complex production processes.
